How we handle personal data for renters, hosts and visitors.
Who we are
AirWork is operated by LV Hospitality, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, company and billing address), listing content you upload including photos, booking and message history, and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our systems.
Why we use it
To create your account, take bookings and payments, connect renters with hosts, prevent fraud, provide support, meet accounting obligations, and send service messages about your bookings. We rely on contract, legitimate interests and legal obligation as our lawful bases.
Who we share it with
Hosts and renters see the details needed to fulfil a booking. We use processors for hosting, database and email infrastructure, payment processing and error monitoring. Where you connect an external calendar, booking dates are shared with that provider.
How long we keep it
Account and booking records are kept for the life of the account and for six years afterwards where required for tax and accounting. Messages are kept for two years after the related booking.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact privacy@airwork.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
