Terms of service
These terms apply to everyone using AirWork, whether hiring a venue or listing one.
1. About AirWork
AirWork is a marketplace operated by LV Hospitality that connects people who need short-term commercial space with the owners and operators of that space. AirWork is not a party to the hire agreement itself: the contract for the use of a venue is between the renter and the host.
2. Fees
Renters pay the hire price shown at checkout plus a 5% service fee. Hosts pay a 10% commission on confirmed bookings, deducted from the payout. Optional host subscription plans are billed monthly or yearly and can be cancelled at any time, with access continuing to the end of the paid period.
3. Bookings and payment
Bookings are either instantly confirmed or subject to host acceptance. Payment is taken at the time of booking and held by AirWork until the booking is complete. Where a host declines or cancels a confirmed booking, the renter is refunded in full.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Each listing states its cancellation policy. Renters may cancel from their bookings page; where the booking has been paid and is eligible, the refund is issued automatically to the original payment method. Security holds are released after the booking, less any documented damage.
5. Host responsibilities
Hosts must have the right to let the space, hold appropriate insurance and licences (including alcohol and food licensing where relevant), keep availability accurate, and describe the space honestly. Hosts are responsible for the safety and legal compliance of their premises.
6. Renter responsibilities
Renters must use the space only for the purpose agreed, respect the stated house rules, capacity and access times, and leave the space in the condition it was found. Renters are liable for damage caused during their hire.
7. Liability
AirWork provides the platform, payment handling and messaging. To the extent permitted by law, AirWork is not liable for the condition of any venue, the conduct of any user, or losses arising from a hire. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
